On Here & Now

The concept of being in the here and now is a well known one and has been emphasized in most spiritual practices as an important element. However it may have been a misconception about the nature of that here and now in the sense that closer someone comes to the “here and now” the closer comes also to the “there and then”, meaning that the here and now becomes wider and deeper and includes access to other “heres and nows” . The here & now actually encompasses all space and all time and is not located in any particular space or any particular time either. It is an omnipresence beyond space and time.

So although that state of being is initiated by bringing initial attention to this moment right now, it spreads across space and time and it should more accurately be referred to as Everywhere & Always or Nowhere & Never.
