The 2^nd economic activity that WREAL undertook was a business one.

WREAL based its initial economic activities in a network of holistic health centers & resorts as a way to distribute its W$729 mil donation and simultaneously utilized the same network as distribution network of a series of memberships, franchises, representations & businesses.

The Welll Club was initiated in October 2020 and its prime financing was based on the distribution and sales of the Welll Club memberships ( or Health Holiday Investments as were known at the time) which were a blend of a (physical) healing & rejuvenation, (emotional) joy & leisure, and (financial) time-space sharing & wealth building

This huge membership database boosted the sales of Welll club memberships and developed a loyal distribution network of affiliated centers, resorts and therapists, who were being rewarded in donation related benefits, barter services exchanged and cash commissions from sales thereby creating a loop of synergy between the 2 schemes.

By December 2021 total membership sales reached $62mil of which $43 was net profit.

The key to the sustainability of the project has been to balance the books so to speak. To balance the US$ 22 mil cash claims by entrepreneurs/ businesses with the Welll Club memberships sales and other revenue which was $43 mil.

In fact WREAL was slowing down the claiming process because it needed an additional year of operations in order to balance its cash flow. It treated time as a commodity and that was a crucial element to its success.

In November WREAL launched an MLM system utilizing the referrals of their membership and sales skyrocketed in 2022.

The business entrepreneurs who were the first affiliates and were holding large databases of their previous donation network, became rapidly rich cashing into that network  By the end of the 2021 WREAL had acquired 30-year leasehold possession of 22 resorts and another 27 joint venture spa ownerships in existing resorts in 4 continents, providing the supply and diversity of locations where Welll club members could exercise their memberships.

By the end of 2022 it had taken operational control of 163 holistic health spas in resorts worldwide outright or via joint ventures with these resorts consolidating its global distribution sales network of its Welll Club memberships, sales of clinics, consultancies, and then franchised that distribution, accelerating the speed of revenue growth, acquisition of assets and rapid growth of its client base.

The synergy created by the cash generated by those memberships & other asset sales was off-setting the cash liabilities of the WREAL donation transactions, while the donation transactions were expanding its network into tens of millions of members and accelerated sales globally. In addition the acquisitions of assets obtained with WREAL currency – not cash- transactions reduced its costs while its cash sales revenue kept feeding its cash reserves thus creating a sustainable self-perpetuating system that has been operating in both economic platforms and has been extracting benefits from both, via its trading between them, some sort of arbitrage with a very wide margin and ample scope of operations.

The key according to WREAL was the mathematical principles that was following and still does, that maintain the equilibrium between “scarcity cash” as it calls the old money and real forms of value allocation mutually interrelated but in a manner that was assigning multiple weight to WREAL currency transactions extrapolating cash value.

During the year WREAL had grown vertically by having access, joint ventured with, leased out or acquired  a stable of associated synergistic businesses in the fields of hotel, spas, travel, transport, herbal & nutraceutical manufacturing and distribution and online portals in key geographical locations and industries. That gave WREAL the opportunity to offer integrated services & products in the health/wellness & travel industries in which it was to become a major global player in the years to come. That allowed WREAL to easily package all these services to boost both its Welll club membership base and the Donation membership base.

The Welllclub memberships sold reached $258 mil. Other sales of the network (franchise fees, spa operation,manufacturing, distribution, advertising etc) brought in another $83 mil. Of these, the combined profit margin was appr 65% at $204 mil

By end of 2023 WREAL controlled (outright or via joint ventures) 293 holistic health spas in resorts worldwide plus another 58 via franchise agreements.

The Welll Club membership sales brought in $553 mil and other network sales an additional $234 mil specially due to health products manufacturing & distribution.

During 2024, WREAL controlled (outright or via joint ventures) a stable of holistic health spas in resorts worldwide including the franchised ones which reached 675 in total.

The Welll Club membership sales and other network sales generated $1.3 bil profits. The new big earner has been the new type of insurance which was launched experimentally at the end of 2022 and was focusing on consulting, training & prevention. It capitalized on its massive global memberships of Donations & Welll Club, its wide spectrum of holistic health spas, its franchises and MLM network and promoted and sold a range of services to individuals, employer companies, hospitals, doctors and even insurance companies. It rewarded health and sickness prevention and “penalized irresponsible sickness” as it was calling it, utilizing a similar system of the WREAL$ value when you acquire it vs when you dispose it. Basically it was a training method to value health and devalue disease by making the choice of health cheap and the choice of disease expensive.  Made people aware of their responsibility of the choice they had and made.

In 2025 the total number of holistic health spas & resorts worldwide were only grown to 711 as WREAL decided to consolidate that growth in order to reign over quality problems that franchisees were causing and bought-out a number of them, while closed down others. That was necessary as complaints kept mounting during the last couple of years.

—-The growth of Welll Club membership sales slowed as well for the same reason of quality control but the insurance section sales and the health product nutraceutical process (farming, processing, manufacturing & distribution) boomed due to a number of biotech discoveries. In total the WREAL Health sector in 2025 generated $2.8 bil profits

From 2026 onwards, WREAL has merged the Welll Club financial records with its WREAL financial records due to its declaration of sovereignty and the WREAL currency swap with the Central Banks. All Welll Club assets and operational rights became WREAL assets and placed as collateral for the Central banks as part of the deal. So it became quite difficult to distinguish the operations, the revenues, profits  and assets of Welll Club from that point on.

We do know though that today at the end of 2032 the 9,432 affiliated resorts have been tightly knitted with an impressive global conglomerate of health oriented travel agencies, holistic tour operators, transport companies , airliners, insurance companies & agencies, organic farming, herbal & nutraceutical processing plants, health products distributors , retail outlets, online stores, all carrying the WREAL name.

WREAL has said that the integration between sections has been so tight, that it has stopped counting what each section has been contributing as the interaction between them has created a confusing & overlapping picture of what is what and which section actually produced what. It has only been counting the output at its final end, somehow disregarding a fragmented view of its parts.
