During 2024 as the numbers of Donation memberships , Welll Club memberships, and the Welll$ and WREAL$ were rapidly expanding , WREAL acquired a number of other Barter systems and consolidated them under QuantumTech control and it was renamed The WREAL Exchange

maintaining only an accounting recording function as a point of reference for the other entities.

Since the end of 2026 with the merging of the WREAL entities, it simply became a section of WREAL.
